321 BURN

Metabolic conditioning is new the trend. Join the 45-55 minutes cardio based class that includes various movements and equipment. Metcon classes will begin with a general warm-up followed by a movement specific warm-up, a Workout of the Day (WOD), then a cool-down and a stretch.

321 SWEAT

The class description says it all. Prepare to get hot and set your metabolism on fire in this HIIT style of training. Short intense periods of work followed by short recoveries. Use your body as your training tool.

321Savage is a dynamic 90-minute workout designed in a boot camp style, ensuring a fun and effective approach to achieving your fitness goals.



ENDURANCE

At 321Endurance, our class emphasizes plyometric exercises, agility training, and running drills. Our trainers provide programs to boost athletes' speed, stamina, and agility. Additionally, participants will refine their running techniques and learn about effective recovery methods in an outdoor setting.

FUNCTIONAL BODYBUILDING

Functional Bodybuilding combines quality movement with traditional bodybuilding principles like tempo and periodization to improve motor control, strength, and hypertrophy, all while enhancing everyday functional abilities.
